Objective: To achieve long term capital appreciation. The manager uses a disciplined value style approach by investing in equity securities of companies listed on the TSE and S&P 500 exchanges having P/E ratios less than that of the exchanges. Diversification is achieved through exposure to a minimum of seven different industry groups with approximately sixty holdings in total. Securities are generally held until they are overvalued or replaced by a security offering better value.
